Minors are basically those who have not become 18 years of age yet. They should not be allowed to use internet because internet is a dangerous world. If not accessed or used properly, this could load many harmful websites which might affect adversely on the users mind. It might show uses of drugs , alcohols, porn videos, etc which might encourage them to get themselves indulged into these acts.
As a minor they can not decide good for their own as they are not mature enough, so its better they should not be allowed to use internet.
Against:
Minors should also be allowed to use internet service as they can learn many new things, articles , project works etc. But this should be done under supervision. Also guiding minors while accessing internet is of huge help to them. They would get the exact idea of how hackers can steal your data and harm your computer if taught properly.
