a)=The flow of electric charges called electrons in a conductor is known as Electric Current.The electric current is transferred from one point to another by the electric potential difference as Potential difference betwwen two points in a circuit is described as the amount of work done in moving a unit charge from one point to the other point.
b)=The S.I. unit of electric current is Amperes denoted by 'A' and device used to measure it is Ammeter.
