A democratic government is productive and effective when public instituition conduct public affairs and manage public resources in open and transparent manner.Democracy is government by the people, exercise power either directly or through elected representative, ordinary citizens considered as the principal source of political power and governed by the majority rule.Good governance often emerges as a model to compare ineffective economies or political bodies with viable economies and political institutions.
