Angular acceleration is Aa
Angular velocity is Va
Time is T

F = rev/s
F = 2.51 * 10000 * 1/60
F = 418.34

Va = 2 * pi * F
Va = 2 * 3.14 * 418.34
Va = 2628

Va [final] = Va [initial] + Aa * T
2628 = 0 + Aa * 3.2

Aa = 2628/3.2 = 821.5 rad/s
