let length be l .
let breadth be b.
area = lb
Increased length = l + l ×50/100
= 3l/2
Decreased breadth = b - b ×20/100
= 4b/5
New Area = 3l/2 × 4n/5 = 6lb/5
Change in area = 6lb/5 - lb
= 1 lb /5
% change = 1lb/5 / 6lb/5 × 100%
= 50/3 %
= 16.67%

Sunnygandhari: Incorrct
