Answer:

When a die is rolled the sample space is given by,

S={1,2,3,4,5,6}

Now according to question E={4} and F={2,4,6}

Clearly  E∩F={4}=ϕ

Hence, E and F are not mutually exclusive events.

Answer

S={1,2,3,4,5,6}, ∴n(S)=6.

(i) A={1,2,3};n(A)=3;P(A)=12
