hey ❤

here is ur answer!!

According to the question,

A die is thrown once ,

Total number of outcomes will be = 6

Total no of prime number as a outcome = ( 2, 3, 5 ) = 3

( ii) Probability of getting a prime number =

No of possible outcomes / total number of outcomes

= 3/6

= 1/ 2

(i) total number of possible outcomes as a Composite number ( a number which is product of two postive number) = ( 4, 6) = 2

Probability of getting a composite number =

Total number of possible outcomes / total number of outcomes

=> 2/ 6

=> 1 / 3

hope it helps!!

thanks!!
