A dice has altogether 6 sides

1)an odd number comes 3 times in dice i.e 1,3,5. Therefore, the probability of getting odd is 3/6= 1/2

2)a number greater than 2 are 3,4,5,6 i.e 4 numbers. Hence, the probability of getting a greater number than 2 is 4/6 = 2/3
