favourable events:2,4,6

total events:1,2,3,4,5,6

P(E)=no of favourable events/total number of events

=3/6

=1/2

(p)= Number of favourable outcomes/ Total number of ourcomes, ATQ: Number of favourable outcome{2,4 and6}= 3 then now ,p(getting an even number)= 3/6 =1/2 as we have total number of outcomes =3 , ..
