In iron rusting, iron oxide is formed, in gasoline burning water vapor and carbon dioxide is formed and in milk souring, sour tasting lactic acid is produced. Hence, these are chemical changes. Whereas in whipping of egg air is forced into the fluid but no new substance is produced. Hence, it is a physical change.
