Liver secretes bile juice which converted large fat globules into smaller fat globules. This process is also known as emulsification. And the intestinal cells will also absorb the fat present along with the food. The fat present in the small intestine stimulates the release of lipase from pancreas, bile from liver which will enable to breakdown the fats into fatty acids
