2PE = 2x10^-23
P= 10^-23 /10^6
P= 10^-29
P= 10^-23 /10^6

U = - PE cos (theta)
W ext = U final - U intial
W = (-PE cos 180 ) - (- cos 0)
=P*E(costheta2-cosatheta1)??
cos 0 = 1
cos 180 = -1
then calculate its 2PE
