a person with diabetes have low insulin level which lead to increase in the level of glucose causing different problems . eating sugar can rise glucose level even more causing further complications.

Well diabetes is a disease when the insulin hormone is released more than the required amount in our body...this is due to more consumption of sugar...and this hormone controls the intake of sugar which is the simplest form of glucose in our body...so a diabetic patient is advised by the doctor to take less sugar or control its intake as this is a life long disease once the body gets it...and this can cause symptoms or side effects frequently throughout their life like sweating, dizziness, frequent urine in old people and heart diseases...that is why severely diabetic patients are given insulin injections every month...
