mostly the tablets given for iron deficiency contain iron compounds which are not as hard as iron, some of these compounds are ferrous sulphate, ferrous fumerate and ferrous citrate which get get broken down in the process of digestion

Lol....
The iron tablets given to a patient suffering from iron deficiency, that is, Anaemia, do not contain Iron (Fe) in the metallic from but in different compounds which are absorbable by the organ system and can be diffused into the blood to restore back haemoglobin into normal range. We usually get this iron compounds from green leafy vegetables and fruits.

Now you kiddie do no try to eat a key or bite onto you pipelines and gates if you suffer from anaemia, just munch up some healthy stuff and do consult a doc!!!
