A doctor diagnosed a patient with iron deficiency and gave him tablets containing iron. But the tablets were not hard and did not look like iron at all! What do you think the tablets contained?

the tablets do not contain iron metal. Instead, it contains edible iron minerals which is a macronutrient .The iron tablets given to a patient suffering from iron deficiency,that is, Anaemia, do not contain Iron (Fe) in the metallic from but in different compounds which are absorbable by the organ system and can be diffused into the blood to restore back haemoglobin into normal range. We usually get this iron compounds from green leafy vegetables and fruits.

Now you kiddie do no try to eat a key or bite onto you pipelines and gates if you suffer from anaemia, just munch up some healthy stuff and do consult a doc!!!
