Hey there!

A drug exhibiting the therapeutic index of value "20" is considered as the safest and perhaps the most effective value to be used on a patient.

The higher the value of therapeutic index of a drug increases the efficiency of that drug and maintains a credible value which is not lower than the value of "10" TI. THe Drugs which fall below the value of ranging "10" it's then considered to be a Narrow Therapeutic Index Drugs, because they're not considered to be that safe and efficient for a clinical patient use, it'll be rather considered a toxic inductive poison in the body, with little to no effect of drug induction.

Therapeutic index is the correlation comparison of the concentration of "blood volume" to that of the drug which causes toxicity in human body by lower means of value or death or rigor mortis in a typical organism.

Hope this helps you and clears the doubts for therapeutic index!!!!
