Here ds DNA has 100 bases &

percentage of adenine is 15 ,so thymine also 15 % ,Then total adenine and Thymine is 30% out of 100 bases .

30 percent of 100 bases = 30 bases

So here in Number of AT bp = 30/2 = 15 bp

So number of CG bases will = 100 - 30 = 70 bases

No. of CG bp = 70/2 = 35bp

We know number of hydrogen bond between A=T is 2

And number of hydrogen bond between C&G is 3

So Number of Hydrogen bond in DNA molecules is = 2 X Numbers of AT bp + 3 X Numbers of CG bp

= 2 X 15 + 3 X 35

= 30 + 105

= 135

So number of hydrogen bond is 135
