• there are many causes for environmental pollution. These are as follows

1. use of plastics , polythenes
2. development of factories
3. increase in number of vehicles
4. cutting of trees
5. launching of rockets
6. uses of pesticides

• we have to generate awareness among the people .
• we have to teach them about the harmful effects of environmental pollution .
• we have to decrease uses of plastic and Polythene bags .They should use paper bags or cotton bags instead of it.
• we should use public carriers instead of motorbikes .
• we should prevent cutting of trees for construction purpose .
• rockets release harmful gases that pollutes our environment . they also make pores in ozone layer. that causes entry of uv light into the earth,which causes skin cancer. so we have to minimise the launching of rockets .
• use of maximum amount of pesticides in agriculture also leads to environmental pollution . it is also harmful for water and soil . it destroy the humus layer the soil .
• when pesticides flow with water and meets to a river ,the water of the river get polluted .
• increasing factories also a vital cause for environmental pollution .
• factories release harmful gases to the environment which pollutes the air . we have to purify air before releasing it to the environment .
• factory use a huge amount of water from the river . after using the polluted water from factories meets with the water of the river .so the river water get polluted .
• so we have to purify water after using it in factories in waste water treatment plant.
• then we can release to the river .
