(a) when a live wire touches the neutral wire touches each other the they will create a short circuit because the resistance of wire get is very low resistance which get neglected and The fuse will blow. The live wire touches the earth wire.

Note :- the live wire (240 V) and the neutral wire (0V)

(b) Pulkit's father showed a value of electricity by Explaining about live wire and neutral wire that how important is to know about safety and electricity.

Note :- live wire is a wire carrying an electric current but neutral wire are circuit carries the same current as the hot wire.
