A factory produces 35 packets of 12 biscuits in a day. On an average 2 biscuits are broken in each packet .how many packets can be made out of the remaining biscuits

12 number of biscuits in a packet
Total number of biscuits = 12 x 35
= 420 biscuits
In a day the number of broken biscuits will be:
2 biscuits per packet = 2 x 35 = 70 biscuits
remaining biscuits = 420 - 70
= 350 biscuits
no. of packets = 350/12
= 29 and 1/6
Therefore the number of packets that would be made are 29 packets.
