A family consumes 5kg oil and 2kg Ghee during a month and the total expenditure of them is Rs. 360. In the next month, the cost of the oil increases 5%and the cost of the ghee increases 10%, the total expenditure of them increase and becomes Rs. 386. Find the original cost of 1kg oil and 1kg ghee​

Here we assume oil as 5x and ghee as 2x

so 5x + 2x = 360

7x = 360

x = 360 / 7

x = 51.42

so cost of oil is 5x = ( 5× 51.42 ) = ₹ 257.10

cost of ghee is 2x = ( 2× 51.42 ) = ₹ 102.90
