Length of field = 240 m
Width of field = 180 m
Perimeter of field = 2 ( 240 + 180)
= 2 × 420
= 840 m
Cost of fencing = 3 × Rate of fencing × Perimeter of field
= 3 × 4.5 × 840
= 3 × 45 × 84
= Rs 11340
Width of field = 180 m
Perimeter of field = 2 ( 240 + 180)
= 2 × 420
= 840 m
Cost of fencing = 3 × Rate of fencing × Perimeter of field
= 3 × 4.5 × 840
= 3 × 45 × 84
= Rs 11340

Hii friend,
LENGTH OF RECTANGULAR FIELD = 240 M
BREADTH OF RECTANGULAR FIELD = 180 M
PERIMETER OF RECTANGULAR FIELD = 2(L+B) = 2(240+180) = 2×420 = 840 M.
LENGTH OF ROPE REQUIRED TO FENCE THE RECTANGULAR FIELD = 3 × PERIMETER OF RECTANGULAR FIELD = 3 × 840 = 2520 M.
COST OF LENGTH OF 1 M = 4.5 RS.
THEREFORE,
COST OF LENGTH OF 2520 = 4.5×2520 = 11340 RS.
HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.... :-)
