I am started to build my house but it has not finished yet...is this sentence right?

It will be better if u use,

I have started building my house, but it hasn't finished yet..

cretA: modal yet is used with the word but
cretA: if I doesn,t have to change words
cretA: has is. used in past and yet is used in present continoua

cretA: present perfect continous
