GIVEN:-

A farmer has a square field = 60m wide.

Cost of per square metre to spray pesticide on the field = Rs. 7

TO FIND:-

Total money spent to spray pesticide on the field that cost Rs. 7 per square metre = ?

SOLUTION:-

First we have to find the area of the farmers field

 \underline{\boxed{Area \: of \: square =  {a}^{2} }}

Area = 60 × 60

Area = 3,600m²

Area of the square field = 3,600m²

The money spent to spray pesticide on the field is = 3,600 × 7

3,600 × 7 = 25,200

So the total money spent to spray pesticide on the field is ₹ 25,200.
