Given

A square field of side 10 cm .Farmer move alongs it in 40 sec.

we have to find the magnitude of displacement in 2 min. 20 sec.

time=2×60 sec.+20sec.

=120 sec.+20 sec.

140 sec.

No.of revolution =total time /total time taken in one revolution

=140/40sec.

=3.5 sec

displacement =root under 10's square +10's square meter

=root under 100+100 meter

=root under 200 meter

=10root 2 meter
