A farmer produces 1188440 oranges of one kind and 151768 oranges of another kind. He mixed these oranges and packed in 296 boxes. How many oranges did he pack in a box, if 60 oranges remained unpacked?

no. of 1st kind of oranges =1188440
no. of 2nd kind of oranges = 151768
thus total = 1188440+151768
=1340208
: 1340208 ÷296 +60
=4590 (approx.)
