The elder daughter attains the age of 21 after 5 years.

The younger attains the age of 21 after 12.5 years.

The elder one receives an amount x. The younger one gets (35,00,000 – x).

Since they both get equal amounts, the equation is given below.

x + 5*x*0.1 = (35,00,000 – x) + (35,00,000 – x)*12.5*x*0.1

On solving the above equation,

x = 21,00,000

Thus the older one receives 21 lakhs.
