a faulty thermometer has lfp at 20 degrees and ufp at 100 degrees.using this thermometer the temperature of a body is found to be 36 degrees.what is the temperature on celcius scale​

C−0

=UFP−LFP -Reading−LFP

where LFP and UFP are lower and upper fixed points on the scale

∴ 100 C

= 95−5

59−5

= 9054

=0.6

⇒C=0.6×100=60o
