if it is falling with constant velocity then acceleration must be zero.
gravity won't act.
so this would be a free fall and

Since velocity is constant
acceleration will be zero because acceleration = change in velocity divided by time
since there is no change in velocity acceleration is zero
we know force = mass * acceleration
since acceleration is zero
therefore force will be also zero
