A diagonal divides a ||gm into two ∆'s .
given diagonal is 42 m
and it is given that perpendicular distance of this diagonal from the two opposite sides is 10 m and 8 m .
so area of ∆ with 10 m altitude is 1/2×10×42 =210 m²
area of ∆ with 8 m altitude is 1/2×8×42=168 m²
.'. Area of ||gm = 210+168 m²
378 m²

pranjal56: 8dm
pranjal56: ans plz
tiger99995: 8 diameter
KushRaghav: For my part , it should be 8 m
