Side of rhombus is 81m and its altitude is 25m.
Area of rhombus = side * altitude = 81*25 sqm.
Area of square = 81*25 sqm.
So side of square = sqrt(81*25)= 9*5 = 45m

Perimeter of a rhombus = 4 × 81 = 324m
perimeter of a square = 4 × 45 = 180m

Their difference = 324 - 180 = 144m

I hope it is clear for you.

area of square =area of rhombus

s^2=side*altitude

s^2=81*25

s^2=2025

s=45

perimeter of rhombus- 4s -81*4=324

perimeter of square- 4s 45*4=180

324-180=144
