area of right ∆ = 1/2 bh
area of right ∆ = 1/2 × 100 × 60
area of right ∆ = 3000
area of right ∆ = 1/2 × 100 × 60
area of right ∆ = 3000

Area=1/2 base * height

H being Hypotenuse and a and b be two sides
So 100 squared = 60 squared +b squared
10000=3600+b^2
B=80
.
Now we apply the area formula
Area=1/2 *60*80
Area=2400m^2
.
Hope it helped
