I am PQR, a student of class X A of your school. My father has been posted to Mumbai and we are moving there permanently by the end of the month. This is to request you to issue a Transfer and a Character Certificate for me as these documents are required for admission into a new school. I have been a regular, diligent and conscientious student with many awards for academic excellence and good conduct.
