A flask of water is heated to 100'c. x is the initial level of water. When heated the level of
water in X falls to Y then rises to Z. Why?

Answer:

while heating the water we may feel the water is decreasing but suddenly starts increasing. this is because the molecular force of attraction between them is start becoming less.
