Answer:

★ Area of the floor

➟ 4.5*3.6

➟ 16.2 m²

16.2 m²=1620 cm²

Now

➟ 1620/6=270 tiles

➟ 1 tile = 23.25

➟ 270 tiles = Rs 6277.50

Area of the floor=length*breadth

=4.5×3.6

=16.2m²

Now 1m²=10000cm²

So area of floor =16.2×10000cm²

=162000cm²

Now no of tiles=(area of floor)÷(area of a tile)

=162000÷6

=27000

Now cost of one tile=Rs 23.25

Hence total cost of tiles=No of tiles × cost of one tile

= 27000×23.25

=Rs. 6,27,750
