Hello!! Ur answer is here!
Length of floor = 40 mt = 4000cm
Breadth of floor = 15mt = 1500cm
Area if rect = lb
= 4000x1500=6000000cm2
Length of tile = 60 cm
Breadth of tile = 50cm
Area = 60 x50= 3000cm2

Number of tiles = area of floor/area
of tile
6000000/3000=2000.
So 2000 tiles are required to cover the floor.
