\bf{Heya \: mate \:. Solution \:below.}
=========================================

★ For room,

length (l) = 4 m = 400 cm

breadth (b) = 6 m = 600 cm

=>>> Area of room,

= l × b

= 400 cm × 600 cm

= 240000 cm²

★ For 1 tile,

l = 10 cm

b = 12 cm

=>>> Area of 1 tile,

= l × b

= 10 cm × 12 cm

= 120 cm²

★ Now, number of tiles required,

 = \frac{area \: of \: room}{area \: of \: 1 \: tile}

 = \frac{240000}{120}

 = 2000

\tiny{\boxed{Therefore,  number\: of \:tiles\: required\: =\: 2000 \:tiles}}
