A florist sells 300 flowers at a profit of 15%.If one flower costs him ruppes 5find the selling price of the flower

Cost price of 300 flowers = Rs. (300×5)

= Rs. 1500

Profit percentage = 15

15% of Rs.1500 = Rs. 225

Therefore, selling price of 300 flowers = Rs. (1500 + 225) = Rs.1725

Therefore, selling price of each flower = Rs. (1725÷300) = Rs. 5.75
