From the day after the third Sunday of February* through the first Sunday of November, when it’s 6 AM INST in India, it’s 9:30 PM BRT of the previous day in Sao Paulo. During the rest of the year, when it’s 6 AM INST in India, it’s 10:30 PM BRST of the previous day in Sao Paulo. *When the third Sunday of February falls during Carnival, daylight saving time in Brazil ends on the fourth Sunday of February.

As the IST our time is ahead by 5:30hrs from the Greenwich thus,
6:00 -5:30
=1:30
Sao Paulo is behind from Greenwich, there is 3hrs differenc between Greenwich, thus we have to subtract 3hrs from 1:30.
And answer is 9:30 pm at Sao Paulo.

Now, we have subtracted 5:30 from 6 because in India match has been started at 6am.our Indian standard time is ahead by Greenwich.according to Greenwich our Indian time is ahead by 5:30 hrs.
Thus we subtracted 5:30 from 6:00
