Here's ur answer :-

Draw a number line and place a dot at the current position.

Then from that dot move left 5 spaces, then 5 more, then 5 more.

_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|_|__

        *              *               *              *

       P-15       P-10          P-5             P

Each line on the number line designates a yardage

on the field.  P is the original position

P-5 = 1 loss of 5 yards

P-10 = 2 losses of 5 yards each

P-15 = 3 losses of 5 yards each

If they began on the 25 yard line then

5 spaces left is the 20

10 spaces left is the 15

15 spaces left is the 10
