Force on the body= 10N= Mass(acceleration)
10= 5(acceleration)
acceleration= 2m/sec²
I can't solve this question without time...
for how much duration of time is the force applied?..... waiting......

acceleration= change in velocity/time=2
change in velocity/5=2
change in velocity=10m/s
final-initial velocity=10
final-0=10
final velocity=10+0=10m/s
K.E.= 1/2(mass)(velocity)²=1/2(5)(10)²
=250 J*)
