Distance=4m.

Time=2sec

velocity=distance/time.

velocity=4/2.

velocity=2m/s.

initial velocity (u)=0

final velocity (v)=2

acceleration=v-u/t.

acceleration=2-0/0.2.=10m/s.

force= mass* acceleration

1.4*10=14N.

Magnitude of the force=14N.
