Then use the equation

V=u+at

V=0+5a V=5a

Then

S=V*t [10g=0.01kg]

[50cm=0.5m]

0.5=5a*5

a=0.02 ms^-2

Now, F=ma

0.01*0.02=0.002 Newtons

(I used SI conversion factor that is converting grams and cm to standard units Kg and m respectively in order so that final answer comes out in standard unit Newtons.)
