Solution :
F = m × a
F = 50/1000 kg × 10 ms¯²
F = 0.5 N
According to the question, the same force is applied on a body of 5 kg then,
F = m × a
0.5 N = 5 × a
0.5/5 = a
0.1 ms¯² = a
Therefore, the required acceleration of the body is 0.1 ms¯².
