The value of velocity and momentum is 1 m/s and 4 kg m/s respectively.

Given:

m = 4m kg , F = 0.4 N , time , t = 10 s.

Now, acceleration , a=\dfrac{F}{m}=\dfrac{0.4}{4}=0.1 \ m/s^2.

We know,

v=u+a\times t

Also, u (initial velocity) = 0 m/s.

Putting value of u,a, t in above equation we get :

v=0.1\times 10=1\ m/s.

Also, Momentum P=m\times v=1\times 4=4 \ kg\ m/s.
