pressure = (force applied) / (area of the surface on which it is applied)

here force applied = 100 N

and the area of the surface is 2m^2

so here it is ...pressure = 100 / 2 = 50 N/m^2( newton per metre square)

and yeah...it can also be written as 50 Pascals ( 1 Pascal = 1 newton per metre square)

Hope this helps... :))
