If it is assumed that the body is at rest, then according to linear one dimensional kinematical formula (v = u + at), where v is final velocity, u is initial velocity, a is accelaration, t is time, we get, (10 = 0 + 2a), hence a = 2

Now, Force = mass*accelaration,

which implies (10 = mass*2)

So, required mass = 5kg.
