Using the Relation ,

F = ma

10 =  \frac{4}{10}  \times a \\  \\ a =  \frac{100}{4}  = 25ms {}^{ - 2}

we Know that
Force=Mass * Acceleration
10= 0.4* acceleration
10/0.4=acceleration
10*10/4 =acceleration
100/4=acceleration
25 m/s-2=acceleration
