Gɪᴠᴇɴ :-

  • Force (F) = 1200 N
  • Area (A) = 10 m²

ᴛᴏ ғɪɴᴅ :-

  • Pressure (P)

sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴ :-

We know that,

Pressure × Area = Force

P × A = F

So,

P × 10 = 1200

P = 1200/10

P = 120 N / or Pascals

Hence,

  • Pressure is 120 Pascals

Pressure = 120 pascals .

Given :-

Force (F) = 1200N

Area (A) = 10m²

To Find :-

Pressure (P) = ?

Solution :-

As we know that,

F = P × A

( Where, F is Force and P is Pressure or A is Area)

=> 1200 = P × 10

=> P = 1200/10

=> P = 120N/m²

.°. P = 120pascals.
