HELLO DEAR,
Thrust = Force
= 200N
Pressure1 = Force/Area1
Force = 200
Area1 = 0.001 m^2
Pressure1 = 200/0.001 = 200000Pa
Pressure2 = Force/Area2
Force = 200N
Area = 0.005m^2
Pressure2 = 200/0.005 = 40000Pa
I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
THANKS

thurst is defined as force per unit area
and pressure is also define as force per unit
so both are same in this question
pressure=force/area
1m=100cm
1m2=10000cm2
1cm2=1/10000m2
pressure=200/0.0010=200000N/m2
and thurst = 200000N/m2
area of constant increase to 50cm2=50/10000m2=0.0050m2
now ,
pressure= 200/0.0050=40000N/m2
change in pressure=final pressure - initial pressure
change in pressure = 200000-40000=160000N/m2
i hope you may understand the solution
